Our Commitment
At Janna Health & Wellness, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.
Return Window
We accept return requests within 10 days of your delivery date. After 10 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund:
- The item must have been purchased directly from jannahealthandwellness.com
- The request must be submitted within 10 days of delivery
- The product must be at least half full (we understand you need to try it to know if it works for you)
We do not accept returns on empty bottles, items purchased through third-party retailers, or items that were damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@jannahealthandwellness.com with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Order Number]"
- Include your name, order number, the product(s) you'd like to return, and a brief reason
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions
Please do not ship anything back without first contacting us — unrequested returns cannot be processed.
Refund Method
Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed. Please note your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the credit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund if requested before the order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must go through the standard return process. To request a cancellation, email us immediately at support@jannahealthandwellness.com.
Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards
- Products purchased on sale or with a discount code (unless defective)
- Items returned without prior approval
