Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping costs for orders under $100 are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.


Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not ship to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) or internationally. We hope to expand shipping options in the future.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery through our carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.


Delays & Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Janna Health & Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@jannahealthandwellness.com and we'll do our best to help.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly — whether that means a replacement or a refund.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Janna Health & Wellness is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to make a correction before the order ships.
